We noticed differences in students, but I also noticed changes in the staff after the IRD Program. Our staff saw how reading chapter books with the kids helped with their engagement; I’m seeing more of our staff reading chapter books with the kids now.

I loved that this program offered hands-on, in-person instruction. Engagement is much different when you’re in person, and I noticed such a difference with kids.

We have had several parents call to express their thanks for allowing their student(s) to participate in the Program. Many parents ask to have their students continue in the program once a session has been completed.

We were able to provide a much-needed Intervention Program to our families, without placing additional strain on our already over-taxed staff.
